As a small independent brand, we’re currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the product doesn’t meet personal expectations. Every watch is carefully inspected before leaving our hands, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.

We know online shopping can sometimes be tricky — if you have any questions before making your purchase, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.

 

Warranty

Your watch is covered by a 1-year international warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If an issue arises that falls within this coverage, we’ll repair or replace your watch at no cost.

What’s covered:

Defects in the movement

Issues with the case, crystal or dial due to manufacturing flaws

Faulty assembly

What’s not covered:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

Water damage due to improper use or exceeding recommended depth

Straps or batteries
