Returns
We want you to love your Bower watch. If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition — including all protective plastic wraps, strap seals, and packaging.
Before sending anything back, please contact us first so we can help with next steps.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The watch and strap must be unused and unworn.
- All original plastic films, strap seals, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be returned in resellable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking fee if the product shows signs of wear or handling after a thorough inspection.
Refunds
- If approved, refunds apply to the watch only.
- Shipping and return costs are not included in the refund amount.
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at checkout once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please pack your item carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and ensuring the parcel reaches us safely.
Warranty
Your watch is covered by a 1-year international warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If an issue arises that falls within this coverage, we’ll repair or replace your watch at no cost.
What’s covered:
Defects in the movement
Issues with the case, crystal or dial due to manufacturing flaws
Faulty assembly
What’s not covered:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
Water damage due to improper use or exceeding recommended depth
Straps or batteries
